Thyme Linalol Description and Uses:
Thyme linalol essential oil has the 'good' properties of thyme oil without the 'bad' (especially the skin irritating properties). Long known since ancient times as a medicinal herb, thyme essential oil has a warming effect which can be useful for easing joint pain, muscular aches and pains, and supporting the healing of sprains and sports injuries.
Thyme linalol has expectorant properties, and can help to relieve cough and congestion.
Traditional uses include: deodorant and antiseptic.
Cautions:
Do not use Thyme essential oil when pregnant or if you have high blood pressure. Dilute to no more than 2%. It may cause irritation to sensitive skin. We recommend this powerful oil for practitioners only.
